Beacon Spirits is a Belgian bottler that’s pretty new. Maybe you’ve heard of Liquid Art? They’re quite closely linked, AFAIK.

It is. The ABV was a bit of a hint, since most of these young guns are far higher in strength. Also, it’s not a peat monster like some others. There’s a time and place for both kinds😉
